3 day detox diet is a very short one in comparison to 7 day diets or those that last for three weeks. This diet is the safest because during only three days you can hardly cause any serious troubles to your health. Nevertheless it should be treated rather seriously. Actually no matter what type of diet you are going to follow even if it doesn’t seem too difficult for your body you should always treat it seriously.
You may wonder what serious could be in a diet that lasts only for three days. Anyway your body will ‘notice’ it, and react in some way. So, even such short-term diets are worth your attention. Detox diets are very useful. But at the same time they cause a certain stress to our body as during this period all the processes go in different way – detoxification returns them into natural and healthier direction. It seems a bit strange that something that is good could be also stressful for our body. But it is so. Consequently it is really important to be careful even with 3 day detox diet, and of course consult your doctor first before start in order to coordinate the best diet plan for you.
