Benefits of Green Tea for Dieting
Green tea is considered to be and it is more useful and natural than black tea because it undergoes minimal oxidation during processing, and thus keeps more natural taste and properties inside. And it is a more potent antioxidant than black tea.
It’s really important to mention that green tea does not ’stand’ any sweeteners. The benefits of green tea for dieting are drastically reduced when sugar or honey is added. For those who didn’t use to the specific taste of green tea it may seem terrible at first. But if you are really aimed at healthier life you should overcome yourself, and in a couple of days you will understand that this taste is rather good, and there is no need of sugar to be added.
Green tea is a good assistant in detox diets and weight loss diets as well. It increases ability to burn fat and calories. Green tea has also such property as decreasing appetite (which is very useful for weight loss process), but in practice it doesn’t work for everyone. So, don’t expect miracles from just drinking tea and doing nothing. It’s only a part of your healthy diet.
