Dessert for Good MoodsWe all know that among things that make us feel happy (or happier) food takes far not the last place. Well, of course we talk about food that seems tasty to us and tat we enjoy.

Very often this happiness from food is lost due to some reasons, for instance, when we are afraid of getting overweight and care about extra calories. The most happiness is in desserts of course.

A good recipe of dessert for good moods is a great thing to treat bad moods with. It’s much better that any medicine (unless fitness is as good for many people as this).

So, what could be a dessert for good moods? First of all it’s of course ice-cream which can be found in almost any fridge. It has even stronger effect if combine several different kinds of ice-cream and eat them together (have you already started counting calories and the number of exercises to do to burn them next day?). Then goes chocolate. It’s a fact that chocolate in small amounts are useful for our nervous system; it helps calm down sooner, and make our mind be more reasonable. Can you imagine what effect could have a portion of ice-cream covered with grated chocolate?

All of this does not really sound like a diet, but in many cases it really is…
