Food for Hair – a Key to Beauty
Beautiful hair is the most important attraction for many people (both men and women). According to numerous public opinion polls hair is the first thing in appearance people pay a lot of attention to in over 40 per cent of cases. It means that if you want to be noticed you should think about healthy food for hair because your hair eats what you eat.
Over 25 per cent of men after 35 notice changes in the condition of their hair. To be more precise they see that they start losing it. For men, balding process can be slowed down by taking a low-fat diet. Women at this and older age commonly have less troubles with hair loss in spite of the fact that their hair is usually more stressed by waving, dyeing, and all those impossible things. So, for men the way out is following a wholesome diet which is rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce or prevent hair loss. And beware of dietary supplements often marketed to thicken hair or make it grow faster. They may backfire.
