How Many Carbs Per Day When Dieting Are Allowed?
If you are interested how many carbs per day when dieting are allowed then you should know that it mostly depends on what kind of a diet you are following or are going to follow.
For example, if you follow a diet which allows you eat approximately 2,000 calories per day then you should take in about 250 grams of carbohydrates. There is another approach: if you are going to lose some weight then you should limit intake of carbs to 60 or even 30 grams per day. If weight loss is not your aim then you can eat up to 230-250 grams daily.
Count them just like you count calories. Look carefully on packages of foods you eat and count calories and carbohydrates.
In case you prefer cooking yourself it’s really praiseworthy but counting carbs will be a bit more difficult for you. Now you need to know very well nutrition of vegetables and other ingredients of your foods to sum up all carbs together and realize how much you intake daily.
