Low Fat Desserts: Good Mood, Small Waist
Tasty and high-calorie food is something that people who suffer (or think they suffer) from overweight refuse from rather often. Especially this concerns desserts. Why? Partially it’s because desserts are served at the end when so much has already been eaten, and partially because desserts may contain more calories than the whole previous meal.
Refusing from tasty sweet desserts can have negative influence on our mood. It’s a fact that sweet foods are necessary for our both physical condotion and mood. Do you remember what you do when a cloudy piece of cream melts in your mouth? That’s right, you smile and start feeling better. The conclusion is very simple: avoiding deserts can be even more dangerous for us than eating them. Here low fat desserts come for help. They are being served in many restaurants and cafes today.
There is a mistaken opinion that low fat food can’t be tasty just because it’s low fat. That is definitely not true. Low fat desserts and food in general can be both healthy and tasty. And it has been long proved. By the way these diets are becoming more and more popular not only among overweight people because they leave a feeling of satisfaction and easiness at the same time.
