Top Ten Rules of Dieting

Every diet has its own specific rules which you have to follow in order to get the desired results. Nevertheless it’s quite possible to single out top ten rules of dieting which could be referred to any type of a diet.

So, they are:

1. Every diet has to be combined with physical exercises (even low-calorie one).

2. Keep your weight changes under strict control. Do not seek and allow rapid changes of your weight as they could be dangerous for your health.

3. Drink more water. Water is a source of life.

4. Don’t start a diet which you know little about and/or which seems strange and suspicious to you. Learn to trust your inner feelings.

5. Learn about calories and carbohydrates and ways to count them in your daily food.

6. Avoid eating fats and heavy foods (like meat, etc.)

7. Intake more vitamins; they improve your metabolism.

8. Never eat after 7 p.m.

9. Keep healthy snacks at hand when you go to work or in a trip. Snacks are often more important than mail meals.

10. Be patient. Miracles happen, but they require some time.
